The hotel is over all a very nice hotel. Right across the street is a mall where you can get everything from massage to a hammer. Staff is fine, we didn't have much communication with desk staff, but we felt very welcome at the pool bar. The hotel is very clean.

Joel, and his team Patrick, Luke Kenneth, provided great service and seemed to take that extra bit of care to ensure all our luggage was secure and well managed. The pool staff, particularly the lifeguard did a great job ensuring the amenity of the area and safety of everyone in the pool. This was the second time within 3 weeks that we stayed here. having a major shopping mall across the road is very convenient. Happy to recommend this hotel

The staff were really friendly, attentive and met our every need (the security guards, the bell boys, the receptionists, the cleaners, the waiters, the room service attendants). Thank you for making our stay comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great (it would be good to see some rotation in the menu). The cafe style coffee was yummy and worth the extra cost, although some of the waiters make coffee better than others (Kris' coffee was the best :)). The room service food was also great, the sinigang was delicious and the cost was reasonable. The facilities are also great with a pool, gym, spa (although closed) and live band performing at the bar and the whole building stayed nice and cool throughout the day.

The staff were super friendly and catered to our needs. The location of the resort is in front of a major shopping mall as well as connected to a casino if you enjoy gambling (which we didn't do) The rooms had enough space, and plenty of security so you feel safe.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, very clean, perfectly situated across the street from SM Mall San Lazaro. It's our new "go to" hotel while holidaying in the Philippines. We love it.

Everything was more than perfect!!! People,atmosphere, location, breakfast, my room generally. Plus i had an opportunity to storage my luggage for a week there, and it was very useful option too. I stayed there twice, and both rooms were clean and spacious

The decor is beautiful. The hotel lobby is clean and the cleaning staff frequently polishes and wipes down the lobby. The room was comfortable, with extra amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I arrived about 5 minutes after closing time, but the staff allowed me to eat. I really appreciated them allowing me to eat.
